平肝 疏肝 柔肝

1、平肝

平肝是治疗阴虚而肝阳上亢的方法。肝阴虚或肾阴虚，都能发生肝阳上亢。出现头痛，头昏晕，耳鸣耳聋，情绪容易激动，面部烘热 ，口燥咽乾，睡眠不足，舌质红，脉细弦数。亢是过度的意思,肝阳上亢就是肝气的升发功能过度;肝阴的抑制、宁静作用制约不了肝阳的升发、兴奋作用从而出现的症状。平肝是扶持肝阴，以肝阴制约肝阳，以防肝阳上亢。肝阴与肝阳协调统一，肝气冲和条达，才能维持肝的正常生理作用。

平肝是中医学上的一个常用名词.头痛在中医上多半是由肝阳上亢引起的,亢是就过度是意思,平就是使上亢恢复平稳状态.肝阳上亢就是中医经络学说中肝经的部分失去了平衡,"阳"过盛.所以方中用了羊角,具有平肝潜阳的作用,意思是把过盛的状态压下去。 2、平肝熄风

用于治疗肝肾阴虚，水不涵木，阴不潜阳，肝阳化风之证的方法。治疗内风病证方法之一。适应证状有眩晕欲仆，头痛如掣，肢麻震颤，手足蠕动，语言不利，步履不稳，舌红，脉弦而细，或猝然昏倒，舌强不语，口眼歪斜，半身不遂等。常用天麻、钩藤、石决明、桑寄生、夜交藤、栀子、杜仲、龙骨、牡蛎、龟版、玄参、川楝子等药物组成方剂，代表方剂有天麻钩藤饮、镇肝熄风汤等。

3、疏肝

1)中药疏肝

烹制:白花蛇舌草洗净，浸泡;鸡肝、猪瘦肉洗净，可切块，一起与生姜放进瓦煲内，加入清水2000毫升(8碗量)，武火滚沸后，改文火煲2个半小时，下盐便可，为2~3人用。

2)肝的作用:肝位于上腹部，横膈之下。肝脏是人内最大的腺体，有很多重要的功能。其主要生理功能是和。肝与胆本身直接相连，又互为表里。肝的经脉循行于胁肋、小腹和外生殖器等部位，故中医这些部位的病症多从肝论治。

疏泄:肝主疏泄，泛指肝气具有疏通、条达、升发、畅泄等综合生理功能。古人以木气的冲和条达之象来类比肝的疏泄功能，故在五行中将其归属于木，

《素问?灵兰秘典论》说:“肝者，将军之官，谋虑出焉”。

《素问?六节脏象论》说:“肝者，罢极之本，魂之居也”。

转。若肝之疏泄失职，就会出现气机不调，血行不畅，进而肝火上亢、肝气郁结，使体内毒素无法分解和排除，导致生斑长痘、皮肤粗糙、脸色灰暗等。

中医认为，肝主疏泄的功能主要表现在以下三方面。

1)调节精神情志。肝功能正常，人体就能较好地协调自身的精神、情志活动，表现为精神愉快、心情舒畅、理智灵敏;疏泄不及，则表现为精神抑郁、多愁善虑、沉闷欲哭、嗳气太息、胸胁胀闷等;疏泄太过，则表现为兴奋状态，如烦躁易怒、头晕胀痛、失眠多梦等。

2)促进消化吸收。肝的疏泄功能有助于脾胃的升降和胆汁的分泌，以保持正常的消化、吸收功能。如肝失疏泄，可影响脾胃的升降和胆汁的排泄，从而出现消化功能异常的症状，如食欲不振、消化不良、嗳气泛酸，或腹胀、腹泻等，中医称为”肝胃不和”或”肝脾不调”。

3)维持气血、津液的运行。肝的疏泄功能直接影响着气机的调畅。如肝失疏泄，气机阻滞，可出现胸胁、乳房或少腹胀痛。气是血液运行的动力，气行则血行，气滞则血瘀。若肝失疏泄，气滞血瘀，则可见胸胁刺痛，甚至症积、肿块，女子还可出现经行不畅、痛经和经闭等。

藏血:若肝血不足，筋失所养，轻则关节屈伸不利，重则四肢麻木、筋脉拘急，甚至手足抽搐震颤、角弓反张等，失去健美体态。

的需血量增加，肝就排出其所储藏的血液，以供应机体活动的需要。如肝藏血的功能异常，则会引起血虚或出血的病变。若肝血不足，不能濡养于目，则两目干涩昏花，或为夜盲;若失于对筋脉的濡养，则筋脉拘急，肢体麻木，屈伸不利等。

开窍于目:目的视觉功能主要依赖肝之阴血的濡养;肝的经脉又上联目系。因此，肝的功能正常与否常常在目上反映出来。例如:肝血不足可出现视物模糊、夜盲;肝阴亏损，则两目干涩、视力减退;肝火上炎，则目赤肿痛。

在体合筋，其华在爪:肝主筋。筋的活动有赖于肝血的滋养。肝血不足，筋失濡养可导致一系列症状，如前所述。若热邪炽盛，灼伤肝的阴血，可出现四肢抽搐、牙关紧闭、角弓反张等，中医称之为”肝风内动”。

“爪”包括指甲和趾甲，有”爪为筋之余”之说。肝血充足，则指甲红润、坚韧;肝血不足，则爪甲枯槁、软薄，或凹陷变形。

疏肝养颜作用原理

中医认为，肝主面，肝气疏泄条达则气色红润，神清气爽。

女人一生以血为重，肝有“造血”、“储藏”、“调节血量”和向各脏器“输送血液”的功能，还有分解营养、调节激素等功能，肝还是人体最强的解毒排毒系统和营养输送系统，滋养着女人全身的脏器。若肝不能完成这些工作，则会导致分泌失调，气血不和，从而引起各类妇科疾病。

清代著名医学家叶天士提出的“女子以肝为先天”一直为近代名医所尊崇。女人一生的生理活动都以肝血为中心，行经耗血，妊娠血聚养胎，分娩出血等。而肝有“造血”、“储藏”、“调节激素”等功能。女人肝气正常，可避免引起各类妇科疾病，如月经失调、乳腺囊肿、子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、性功能异常、不孕等。肝即是人体最强的排毒系统，又是滋养女人全身系统的器官。

疏肝养颜:
